Step 1:
Open image in Adobe Photoshop (File >> Open)

Step 2:
Go to: Filter >> Blur >> Surface Blur

And apply following blur settings.

After applying surface blur, our image will become smoother. See the below image.

Step 1:
Open image (File >> Open)

Select “Spot Healing Brush Tool”

Set diameter of the brush slightly larger than the spot.

Now click carefully 1-2 times on the cut marks, and you will find the cut mark has disappeared.
