In this Photoshop tutorial, we will make old rubber stamp. As usual, you can download the PSD file of tutorial at the end of tutorial.
Difficulty Level: Easy
Estimated Completion Time: 15 minutes

Below is the preview of final image.

Step 1:
Create a new document. File >> New

Select paint bucket tool and fill the layer with white color.

Step 2:
Create a new layer (Layer >> New >> Layer). Select “Text Tool” and type some text ending with * symbol. Here I am using “Latest Photoshop Tutorial *”
Use font weight Bold and font size 14pt

Click on “Create Warped Text” icon

And apply following settings.

Now the image should look like this:

Step 3:
Right Click the text layer and select “Duplicate Layer”. Rotate the duplicate layer by 180 degrees (Edit >>Transform >>Rotate 180). Move the duplicate text layer below to create a circle shape, as shown below.

Step 4:
Create a new layer. Select “Elliptical Marquee Tool“.

Draw a circle outside the text as shown below.

Go to Edit >>Stroke and apply 5px width stroke.

This will create a border of 5px width. Now our image looks like this:

Again create a new layer, and create another circle inside text. But this time use stroke width 3px.

Step 5:
Create a new layer. Select “Text Tool” and type some text in large and bold font style. Here I am using PSYAG text.

Step 6:
Create a new layer. Go to Filter >> Render >> Clouds.
Change layer mode to “Screen“. Now our image looks like this:

Now go to: Filter >>Noise >> Add Noise and add some noise.

Our rubber stamp is ready. Below is the final image.
