Create a new document in Adobe Photoshop (File >> New).&#8230;]]></description>

<p><strong>Step 1:</strong><br />
Create a new document in Adobe Photoshop (File >> New).<br />

Create a new layer (Layer >> New >> Layer). Select paint bucket tool.<br />

Fill the layer with #981300 color.<br />

<p><strong>Step 2:</strong><br />
Select &#8220;Rounded Rectangular Tool&#8221; with radius 8px and #000000 color<br />

Draw a navigation bar and change opacity to 50%<br />

<p><strong>Step 3:</strong><br />
Create a new layer (Layer >> New Layer). Select &#8220;Rectangle tool&#8221;. Set color to #b84208 and draw a shape as shown in below image.<br />

<p><strong>Step 4:</strong><br />
Create a new layer. Select &#8220;Ellipse tool&#8221; and color to black. Draw a ellipse shape as shown in below image.<br />

<p>Right click the layer and select <strong>Rasterize Layer</strong>. Now go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur and apply following.<br />

Select rectangular marquee tool and select top 50% of the ellipse shape and press delete key.<br />

Change opacity to 65% It will now look like this.<br />

<p><strong>Step 5:</strong><br />
Now we will create bottom shadow. Right click the top ellipse shape and select &#8220;Duplicate Layer&#8221;. This will create duplicate shape of top shadow. Drag the shape to bottom. Now go to <strong>Edit >> Transform >> Flip Vertical</strong></p>
<p>Our Navigation bar will now look like this.<br />

Create a new layer, select &#8220;text tool&#8221; and type menu links with #FFFFFF color.<br />
