Open your image.

<p><strong>Step 1:</strong><br />
Open your image.<br />

Create a new layer. (Layer >> New >> Layer) and Select &#8220;Brush Tool&#8221;.<br />

<p>Select a soft brush and set a big diameter according to size of light effect you want to add. Also set opacity to 60%<br />

<p>and click once on top of the image. A light effect will be added. After adding light effect the image will look like this.<br />
