<p>3) From tool palette select &#8220;Rounded Rectangle tool&#8221;</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-87" title="2" src="http://www.psyag.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/27.jpg" alt="2" width="259" height="449" /></p>

<p>5) Now drag your mouse and create a button shape, just like this</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-92" title="4" src="http://www.psyag.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/46.jpg" alt="4" width="349" height="242" /></p>
