The navigator is a map of the image. Its gives you preview of the image as a thumbnail. Navigator appears as default in right side. If its not appearing, follow this:
Main Menu – > Windows – > Navigator
The navigator tool appear like this:
View Box (red rectangle)shows what is currently displayed in the image windows. And using Zoom slider, you can zoom in and out any particular part of image.
