Create Favicon Icon for your website

Favicon is a small icon of of your website of size 16 x 16 px that appears inside the browser’s location bar and bookmark menu. It is a very good way to brand your site. If there is no favicon icon, browser will use a default icon.

In this tutorial we will learn how to create a favicon icon for our website.

Step: 1

Create a new document of size 16 X 16 px and transparent background.

Step: 2

Zoon it to maximum. Select a color and using pencil tool make some design.

Step: 3

Save the icon as favicon. ico Your favicon icon is ready.
You can link this favicon in your website by adding below code before tag.
